Questions
Does it replace our dispense system?
No. Pharmacy HQ runs alongside it.
Where are our records stored?
Your pharmacy's records, including patient and staff records, are stored in Google Cloud in Sydney (australia-southeast1), and our cloud functions run there too. A limited set of records is still held in a Google database in the United States while we finish moving it, and some services we use, such as text messages and some AI features, process data outside Australia. Our Privacy Policy lists each one.
Who can join?
Queensland community pharmacies, by request. We approve each pharmacy.
What does it cost?
One price per pharmacy, with unlimited staff. We will take you through it when you request access.
